• Email metadata: when we reply to you, our email provider may process metadata required to deliver messages (timestamps, delivery status).

How we send emails

Messages submitted via the contact form are sent to us using Azure Communication Services (ACS) Email. ACS is a Microsoft service that processes your message for delivery. We use your email address to reply to your inquiry and do not sell or rent your information.

Legal basis

We process your information to perform a service you request (responding to your inquiry) and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the website. Where required, we will obtain consent.

Data location & third parties

We primarily use Microsoft Azure services. Some providers may process data in other jurisdictions. We only share data with vendors that help us operate the site and deliver communications (e.g., Microsoft/Azure). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain inquiry records only as long as necessary to respond, manage follow-ups, and meet legal or business needs, after which they’re securely deleted.

Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please share only what is necessary for your inquiry.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
